Free with RSVP to

Dutch artist Guido van der Werve invites you to grab some Chamomile flowers and run along with him on his 2nd Annual Running to Rachmaninov. Russian composer Sergei Rachmaninov is buried at Kensico cemetery in Valhalla in upstate New York, 30 miles away. This performance leaves Saturday, November 12th at 10 am. During the run, water and sport drinks and a ride home from Valhalla are supplied - you must bring your own bars and gels. Participation is free but limited and you need a bouquet of Chamomile flowers (not easy to find, so start looking early, only a couple bouquets available at the gallery). We will pace ourselves to the slowest participants, but participants should be in shape to jog 30 miles.

If you complete the run you will receive a T-shirt designed by the artist.

Participation is at your own risk and participants are asked to sign a waiver beforehand. Please sign-up directly through Luhring Augustine by emailing Vanessa Critchell:
