Trajal Harrell

New York-based artist Trajal Harrell (b. Douglas, Georgia) is a choreographer who brings together the Judson legacy with the Vogueing dance tradition. Major shows include the New Museum of Contemporary Art, New York (2010); Working Title Festival, Brussels (2009); In Transit Festival, Berlin (2009); Danspace Project, New York (2009, 2007, 2004, 2001); Dance Theater Workshop, New York (2008); and The Kitchen, New York (2006).
