Shelly Nadashi

Brussels-based artist Shelly Nadashi (b. 1981, Haifa, Israel) works in a variety of media such as performance, video, puppetry and object-making. Her work often focuses upon the hierarchy between the performer, their apparatus and the audience, and interrogating these relationships. Major exhibitions include Wiels, Brussels (2011); Transmission Gallery, Glasgow (2011); Collective Gallery, Edinburgh (2010); Glasgow Short Film Festival (2010); Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art (2008); and the Jerusalem Artists House Gallery (2006).
