Nicoline van Harskamp
Nicoline van Harskamp (b. 1975, Hazerswoude, Netherlands) is an Amsterdam-based artist who explores the role of spoken language within political processes. Major exhibitions include Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam (2011); the New Museum/Rhizome, New York (2010); Witte de With, Rotterdam (2010); 4th Bucharest Biennale, Bucharest (2010); the Taipei Biennale, Taipei (2008); Salon of\ the Revolution, Zagreb (2008); Gasworks, London (2008); and Nikolaj CCAC, Copenhagen (2007). In 2004, van Harskamp was short listed for the Beck¹s Futures prize. In 2009, she was awarded the Prix de Rome National Art Award of the Netherland.
